What Paperwork Will I Need to Apply
For a Home Equity Loan?

  1. W2 forms for the last two years

  2. A list of names and addresses of all employers for the last two years,
    along with gross monthly income if applicable. If you are self-employed bring in a YTD profit and loss statement.

  3. Proof of Social Security and/or Disability payments if applicable,
    along with 3 months of check stubs or 3 months of bank statement copies if deposited electronically

  4. A check stub or documentaion of any Pension income you have received, along with how long you've recieved it

  5. If you own rental property, please provide recent rental agreements
    and tax returns for the last two years

  6. Bank statements for the last 3 months and any recent statements for stock, mutual funds, or IRA/401K accounts

  7. Documentation of child support or alimony income if you plan on using the income toward your purchase. 12 months of cancelled
    checks or tax returns is required.

  8. The most recent statements or payment bokllets for present
    creditors, including their name, address, your account number
    and balance due. These may include:
    •   Car loans
    •   Student Loans
    •   Credit Card accounts
    •   Current mortgage or home equity loan accounts with
    12 months cancelled checks and lender contracts
    •  If renting, present landlord's name and address, along
    with12 months cancelled rent checks
    •  Any Divorce Decrees or Separation Agreements for
    alimony and/or child support
    •  Copies of any Bankruptcy proceedings, along with an
    explanation letter
    •  Explanation letter for any Judgements brought against
    you along with a copy of Release
    •  Explanation letter for any other delinquent credit
    accounts on your credit report
